  Fantastic for a quiet night in an absolutely stunning location with great staff and great food. Did I mention how quiet it is? The only sound was the faint tinkling of cowbell from the cattle eating in the adjacent fields. That soothing sound was the perfect accompaniment to the stunning views of the night sky. We wished we'd stayed an extra night, or three extra nights.

  Another wonderful overnight stay at Cortijo Salinas one of my favourite places to be. Dinner was outstanding! Every ingredient of the best quality. It was cold out but cosy and comfortable inside. Slept like a log. A big thank you to Isabel and her friendly team!

  Hotel was nice, didn't tell us about the spa being open from 5:30pm, causing us to miss it. Bed was uncomfortable but the view at night from the terrace was excellent.
