    Proceeded to eat the best tapas I've had. Try it, it's amazing. Special shout out for the smoked mackerel and oxtail. And oxcheek. And crunchy quails nest. And truffled egg.

    That’s just bad form all around. 1st of all I’ve been living in Spain 2 years and speak a high level of Spanish & my fiancée is Spanish so we didn’t misunderstand anything- all of this occurred in Spanish.

    Turned up without a reservation, but got a seat outside. Plus blankets to ward off the late October chill...

    Staff was nice and location really charming so I understand why people like ( and this is why I’m giving 3 stars) but also another big fail for us was that the restaurant displays Visa & Master signs in front window making it clear they take credit cards but when we tried to pay they acted as if it was a huge surprise we wanted to use a card and then told us the minimum was 25 Euros ( our bill was 21 Euros).

    A must see to believe... AMAZING food for GREAT price!!! Some of the best dishes were served in under 5 minutes. Highly recommend, even if you don’t want to eat and just want a taste of the Spanish tapas. Best of the night: tartar of vieras.

    The largest min we’ve ever seen in Spain is 10 Euros. Why display credit card signs and then try to refuse credit cards? It seemed as if they decided that day they didn’t want to take credit cards so made up a min because they assumed we had cash with us. We didn’t- & when we complained becatse their windows display credit card signs & asked them where closest cash machine was ( which was far) they suddenly said ok we’ll do credit card. That tainted the experience a bit.

    Not as great as reviews would lead you to believe- though more interesting menu than most typical tapas spots the quality & cooking leave a bit to be desired ( pieces of cold lamb & half sauce cold in our lamb tagine making it clear it had been leftovers reheated), super over limy ‘ceviche’ which was not really ceviche but slices of carpaccio cod soaked in what smelled and tasted like fake bottled lime liquid
